It’s that time of year again.

13 03 2012

There seems to be a peculiar inverse relationship between the weather/seasons, and the amount of work I get. And always in the wrong aspect – in the winter it’s patchy, there’s nothing I’d like more than to be cosied up in a nice warm studio; where in summer I Just Can’t Stand sitting on my arse editing when it’s a beautiful day outside. One of those downsides of the digital age I suppose.

Oh, you’re a photographer? How very glamourous.

Not exactly, Miss. But if that’s what you want to believe……..who am I to stop you?

Maybe I should at least Try, with the glamour thing. A rider at every shoot, personal (in)security, PR company at my beck & call, start believing your own press (dangerous). Turn up an hour late to the shoot, a cursory glance through the viewfinder, couple of exposures, then flounce off set. All very Lichfield. Black leather pants. A ridiculous hat. Start acting like a star?
