“By submitting User Content, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which you hereby acknowledge, you hereby grant to Olapic, its affiliates and its licensees, a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to: edit, reproduce, use, create derivative works from, distribute, display and otherwise exhibit the User Content you submit, or any portion thereof in any manner and in any medium or forum, whether now known or hereafter devised, without payment to you or any third party.” Mashable.

This is why I ALWAYS read the t&cs. Sure, maybe I’ll forgo a little exposure. Are Olapic going to be buying my kids shoes for the rest of their little lives? Don’t think so somehow.
